Please know that Union Joints is committed to putting everything we’ve learned from 25 years in the foodservice industry into ensuring that you leave our joints with what you hoped for (and then some) and nothing more. In our quarter century, we have built a team of 800 individuals who make us who we are and who know that nothing matters more than our guests’ health and experience. Our growth has allowed us to float staff that aren’t feeling well, and we’ll enforce their commitment to getting well without worrying about a missed shift. Growing in scale has also allowed us to build a management team that can implement protocols and practices to ensure that we never let the guests and the staff who trust us down. We know that our systems have never been of more paramount importance than right now; and we’ve added additional measures joints-wide, some our regulars will notice… others that provide redundancies that times like these demand. We know it’s never mattered more.
